There is always a lot to consider when looking for “the perfect apartment” – Is it close to shopping and good restaurants? Is it near public transportation? Can I get back and forth to work easily? The answers to each of these questions will ultimately determine where you decide to live. And we offer a variety of apartment options that will enable you to meet your specific living requirements.

The neighborhoods in which our properties are located are quite varied - our holdings are primarily older, multi-story buildings featuring classic architectural detailing. We have an eclectic blend of tenants, primarily young professionals and families, that appreciate the meticulous care that we afford our properties.


At Kilem, we take a pro-active approach to meeting tenants’ needs. We regularly inspect our buildings and provide the preventative maintenance needed to properly preserve our buildings’ infrastructure. We keep the premises clean and safe and well-lit, and we strive to address any service requests as soon as we receive them to insure their timely resolution. We’re not completely satisfied with our efforts until you are.

Here are brief descriptions of our properties – hopefully one matches your specific needs and expectations.

Wellesley Hills, MA
Located 15 miles west of Boston, these apartments in Wellesley Hills are located in one of the most affluent towns in Massachusetts. The local commuter train into Boston stops 50 yards from the front of the building. This stately property is conveniently located within walking distance of parks, restaurants, banks, a grocery store, and many other fine retail establishments. These distinctive apartments have one to three bedrooms, many with full dining rooms, living rooms and fireplaces, all with ample closet space, and include parking. The Green line, offering convenient access into Boston, is located nearby while Wellesley Hills is also immediately accessible to major highways such as the Mass. Pike, 128/95, Route 9, and Route 16.

Beacon Street, Brookline, MA – “The Majestic”
Located at 1569 Beacon Street between Washington Square and Coolidge Corner, these apartments are located in a very cosmopolitan area of Brookline. The MBTA Green "C" line is across the street and offers immediate access to Boston and all the surrounding areas. Washington Square and Coolidge Corner offer the best of all types of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and other fine retail establishments. While there is no parking that comes with the building, tenants have never had a problem finding street parking nearby. This is a six-story building with an elevator and has all kinds of character and charm. These very large and spacious apartments have high ceilings and intricate moldings. Many offer views of Boston and all feature ceramic tile kitchens while having wonderful hardwood floors throughout.

Beacon Street, Brookline, MA
Located just down the block from “the Majestic” at 1527 Beacon Street between Washington Square and Coolidge Corner, these apartments are located in an equally hip area of Brookline. The MBTA Green "C" line is across the street and offers immediate access to Boston and all the surrounding areas. Washington Square and Coolidge Corner offer the best of all types of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and other fine retail establishments. This is a three-story building offering large one- and two-bedroom apartments. Beautiful hardwood floors exist throughout the apartments, complimenting the open architecture. Parking is available.

Pleasant Street, Brookline, MA

Located at 136 Pleasant Street near Coolidge Corner, these apartments offer all the convenience of the two Beacon Street buildings in Brookline except they are located on a side street as opposed to the main thoroughfare. Situated within walking distance of both the "B" and "C" MBTA lines, these apartments have one and two bedrooms with one or two bathrooms. The one bedrooms have their own private deck in addition to eat-in kitchen, combined living room/dining room area and lots of space and large closets. The two bedroom apartments all have two bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, and an additional den accessed by both bedrooms. Both the one and two bedroom apartments have hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile kitchen floors, dishwashers and disposals.

Back Bay, Boston, MA

Located at the juncture of Exeter and Marlborough Streets in one of the most "sought after" neighborhoods in all of Boston, these apartments are located on the sunny side of Marlborough and offer character galore and immediate access to Boston's many attractions. The crown jewel is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom, five-fireplace mansion that was the former Boston residence of Tom Yawkey, the late owner of the Red Sox. On the Exeter side of the building are eight more apartments that all front Marlborough Street - these include a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Gorgeous landscaping fronts the property and Boston's famous esplanade is a short walk away - if you’re a walking or jogging enthusiast, this is the perfect location for you. These apartments feature hardwood floors with many apartments also having very intricate woodworking.
